BCT SkillBridge Opportunities

BCT participates in the DoD SkillBridge program to assist veterans in assessing and entering the US Government contractor workforce. Through this program service members gain valuable civilian work experience during the last 180 days of their military service. SkillBridge provides specific industry training, apprenticeships, and internships for transitioning service members to connect with industry partners for real-world job experiences. BCT Veteran Resource Group

BCT's Veterans Resource Group (VRG) is a valuable company initiative that aims to support and engage veteran employees. Our key activities include:

1. Meetings and Collaboration: VRGs provide a space for veteran employees to meet, collaborate, and share experiences. These meetings foster camaraderie and help veterans connect with each other.
2. Mentoring Platform: VRGs often offer mentoring programs to help veteran employees navigate their professional lives. This includes guidance on building careers, networking, and overcoming challenges.
