We Reward Referrals

We welcome referrals from either employees or non-employees.

Candidate referrals are vital to growth. We highly encourage and solicit each employee's participation in referring potential employees to our recruiting staff. Any person that refers another who is hired to work for BCT LLC will receive a bonus of no less than $2,500.00 once the referred employee has completed six months of employment.

Referral resumes will be checked against our database to ensure the candidate has not been previously identified. If not, the candidate will be entered in our database as a referral along with the name of the person who referred him/her. Our recruiters will work to place the candidate with our company and will keep the person that referred the candidate apprised of the candidate's status. At the end of the six-month period, the bonus will be paid in full to the referrer.
