BCT - Accolade Mentor-Protégé Agreement

BCT LLC is pleased to serve as Mentor to Accolade Technologies, LLC under a formal Mentor-Protégé Agreement approved by the Small Business Administration (SBA) on December 1, 2020. The purpose of this agreement is to help Accolade compete for new Government contracts and to increase participation in existing programs. BCT LLC is a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) and Accolade is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The Government benefits through improved competition and performance against socio-economic contracting goals as well as through a more robust small business Defense Industrial Base (DIB).

SBA All Small Mentor-Protégé Program

The Small Business Administration (SBA) operates the All Small Mentor-Protégé Program (MPP) to facilitate arrangements for successful small businesses to assist the development of emerging small businesses. Assistance includes contracting opportunity, experience, operations, and financial support. The All Small MPP integrates and replaces similar prior programs and includes multiple incentives, protections, and Government oversight.

Scott M. Dudash

Accolade Technologies is owned and operated by Scott M. Dudash, President. Mr. Dudash brings over 35 years of operational and business experience in Defense, Intelligence, Cyber, and Engineering to his responsibilities as President and Chief Executive Officer of Accolade Technologies, LLC.

Mr. Dudash is a 22-year Naval Officer veteran whose experience included service on the staff of the Commander, Naval Security Group. Following his military service, he continued to support the Intelligence community as a contractor in positions as Program Manager, Senior Business Development Manager, Senior Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer Responsibilities for Small Business, Large Business’s, and large Non-Profit defense companies.
